A - Roundtrip StrasbourgYou cycle northwards to Strasbourg on an asphalted path along the Canal du Rhône au Rhin. The path ends at the 17th century Barrage Vauban. From the panorama terrace you have a beautiful view of the old city, which you can explore by bike or on foot. Strasbourg has a network of cycle paths unique by French standards. The picturesque neighborhood of "La petite France" and the magnificent Gothic cathedral are just some of the most famous sights that will enchant you. You can return by train (in which your bicycle can be transported for free) to have more time in Strasbourg for all the sights.B - Roundtrip to Obernai and Bar - 46 kmThis tour to the west takes you to the foot of the Vosges. The famous vineyards start here. The small but picturesque Altstadt of Obernai is worth exploring. This also applies to the wine town of Barr. On the way back you cycle past forest and meadow. You will pass a special location with old half-timbered houses and the 12th century chapel St. Ulrich, where 14th century frescoes can be seen.C - Roundtrip to Sélestat and Ebersmunster - 55 or 69 kmA cycle route in a southerly direction to Sélestat. The cozy Altstadt has two beautiful churches, a Romanesque and a Gothic basilica. Along the way you can visit the baroque church of Ebersmunster, which is unique to Alsace. Of the many rural villages along the way, the somewhat larger Benfeld is worth it. It owns a beautiful town hall in Renaissance style, among other things.D - Roundtrip to Rhein and Lahr 40 or 63 kmYou cycle eastwards along marsh groves to the creator of this special flat landscape: the Rhine. Via a large lock complex you cycle to the other side, into Germany. Through a landscape that bears the same character as that of 'Le Grand Ried' you can possibly make a detour to the old town of Lahr. Lahr lies at the foot of the wine hills that form the prelude to the mountains of the Black Forest
