Travel Documents

An essential part of your cycling trip is your travel documents. Once we have received full payment and all required information from the agent or hotel is complete, you will receive your travel documents approximately three weeks before the start of your trip, and at the latest, one week before departure. Usually, one set of travel documents is provided per room. If you would like an additional set, this is possible for a fee of €15. If you plan to depart before the official start of the arrangement, please inform us in time so that the documents can be delivered promptly.

Contents of the Travel Documents

The travel documents include, among other things:

• Route descriptions or a route booklet with maps
• An emergency contact number
• General travel information
• Where applicable, a hotel list, hotel vouchers, luggage tags, and tickets

For some trips, there may be exceptions – in these cases, certain documents are only provided upon arrival at the hotel. The exact contents of your documents are clearly indicated, so you know what you will receive, when, and where.

Valid Travel Documents

Please ensure that you have a valid travel document (e.g., ID card or passport) and, if required, a visa before the start of your cycling trip.
