Stockholm is Sweden's beautiful and surprising capital, built on 14 islands in the Baltic Sea. It is great for strolling or cycling through the old town. The city lies in a coastal area of thousands of islands, where Stockholm residents enjoy the sun and water during their long summer holidays. The cycling routes lead past rugged coastlines and beautiful houses on idyllic islands, you'll feast your eyes on this archipelago. And on Sandhamn, you can look for Nora's house from the Sandhamn Murders series. The ferry takes you to a new island in no time, often with short stretches where you can enjoy gazing out over the water; on to a new adventure!

  • Bicycle Insurance: you can take out a separate bicycle insurance with Happy Cycling Holidays. A travel insurance often does not cover bicycle damage and/or theft.
