Between signboards and meandering Moselle, radeln is delightful. This hike starts in Trier. After a small transfer, you cycle back along the Saar. Then continue along the Moselle to your destination in Koblenz. And along the way, get off at yet another romantic half-timbered village.

The landscape along the jagged meanders of the Moselle is one of the most beautiful in Germany. Not only the famous vineyards, but also rugged cliffs and untouched hillside forests form the attractive backdrop for this easy bike ride on mostly clear cycle paths. Along the way, you will see castles and palaces. You can take lovely breaks in the many picturesque wine towns with half-timbered houses, or just somewhere along the banks of the river.

  • Return transfer persons from Koblenz to Trier by train is possible daily and costs € 25 per person. Please book in advance. Not possible on site. (Bicycles are free of charge)
  • Don't want to take your bike back on the train? Bringing your own bike back to Trier is also possible by overnight transport and costs € 55 per bike including transport insurance. This is only possible on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On the afternoon before your return journey, you return your bike to the last hotel. The next day, your bike will be at the hotel in Trier. Please book in advance. Booking on site is not possible.
