Warm Colors in Every Shade

The sea around Greek Rhodes displays a spectrum of colors, from azure blue to emerald green. And on the island itself? The fragrant pine forests to the east are deep green. Warm and golden-yellow are the beaches, bright blue the wicker chairs on charming terraces, and crisp white the color of a refreshing Retsina. During your cycling tour across the island, settle down on a terrace in the shade of an ancient olive tree. Enjoy a delicious Greek salad and take a moment to unwind from all the impressions. There are so many other colors to discover on Rhodes.

Sun Guaranteed

This Rhodes Helios trek lives up to its name. On the island of the sun god Helios, sunshine is guaranteed. The pleasant west wind brings refreshing coolness as you travel to destinations like Kalavarda, Archangelos, Lindos, Embonas, and Rhodes Town. Almost all cultural and historical highlights are included in this trek.

Most Beautiful Acropolis

The white village of Lindos, located on the east side of the island, lies along a stunning bay. Towering high above the village is the mighty Acropolis. In ancient times, Lindos had the largest and most powerful trading fleet on the island. The Acropolis is one of the most beautiful in Greece, 150 years older than the one in Athens. After climbing the necessary steps, the ‘must-sees’ await. The famous relief? Checked! The gate of the Knights of St. John fortress? Tick! The long colonnade? Walked! The Hall of the Guards? Seen!

Medieval Rhodes Town

The old medieval town is undoubtedly the most impressive part of Rhodes city. The ancient city of Rhodes has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage list since 1988. That says it all. A must-see. And explore on foot! Especially the four-kilometer-long city walls surrounding the old town. Start at the Palace of the Grand Master. Then descend into the narrow streets and hidden corners.
