Norden, with its charming 17th and 18th-century buildings, once was an important port town. In the old town hall, the Ostfriesisches Teemuseum displays various tea sets. You can enjoy a cup of Darjeeling Himalaya at the former bus depot, now Café Am Markt.
The 17th-century gabled houses, charming cobblestone streets, and the over six hundred-year-old harbor attract many visitors. With its car-free center, Greetsiel resembles a museum village.
