Prices

All our prices are per person (unless stated otherwise) and based on the use of a double room by two people. The single room supplement refers to the surcharge for the 3rd or 5th person in the travel party who reserves a single room. If you are traveling alone, you will often pay a surcharge for luggage transport and/or transfer costs (see "Solo Travelers").

Reservation Costs

You pay €27.50 per booking for reservation fees.
If you are traveling abroad, you pay €2.50 for the Calamity Fund. Travelers living outside the Netherlands can also make use of the Calamity Fund. In addition, a €5 SGR contribution per person is due.

Price Changes

Our travel prices are set based on the applicable rates at the time of publication. However, prices may be adjusted. This only occurs if a hotel or other supplier implements a price change in the meantime, or if there are unexpected cost increases.

During the year, the travel price may increase or decrease as a result of:

• An increase in fuel costs;
• An increase in the cost of other energy sources;
• An increase in taxes;
• An increase in fees charged by third parties for travel services included in the agreement (for example, tourist tax, hotel accommodation costs, landing fees, or departure/arrival taxes at ports and airports);
• A change in exchange rates.

Last-minute bookings

If you book your holidays less than 7 days in advance but it includes a booklet, we'll charge €25 for handling and express shipping. 

Cancellation Insurance is Recommended

The packages are published without additional insurance. It is strongly recommended to take out travel insurance, and especially cancellation insurance. You can read more about this under "Insurance." For further information, please contact our staff.
