Within the scope of the SGR guarantee scheme (www.sgr.nl/garantieregeling), the holidays published on this website are covered by SGR. This guarantee means that consumers are assured that their prepaid travel funds will be refunded if the contracting party is unable to fulfil the agreed services due to financial insolvency.

If the travel agreement also includes transport and the destination has already been reached, arrangements will be made for the return journey.

Mandatory Contribution

From 1 February 2021, you as a traveller are required to pay a mandatory contribution of €5.00 per person. This applies to all customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and other countries. The contribution does not apply to children under 2 years of age.

No contribution is required for bookings of less than €150 per person or for stand-alone flight tickets. If you book through a Dutch travel agency, the agency will charge the contribution.

In the event of cancellation of the trip by either the customer or the tour operator, the contribution remains payable.
