You cycle past olive groves to the ancient town of Spello, home to Roman ruins. Known as the “town of flowers,” Spello’s colorful, flower-adorned alleys make this clear as you wander through them. Afterwards, you descend into the valley town of Foligno, with its stunning cathedral. Via Montefalco and Bevagna, you continue cycling to Torgiano, located at the confluence of the Chiascio and Tiber rivers.
