If problems occur during your holiday, first contact the hotel where you are staying or our local agent, whose phone number can be found in your travel documents. If, for some reason, this is not possible, call Happy Cycling Holidays.
Reporting Problems during the Trip
If something goes wrong during your trip, it is frustrating, but please inform our agent or Happy Cycling Holidays as soon as possible and not just afterward. This allows immediate action to be taken to resolve the issue, as far as is within their and/or our power. This helps solve problems for you, as well as for other travelers who follow.
Travel Conditions
It is important to respond during your holiday so that your complaint can be investigated. For proper handling of problems and any potential damages, it is essential to adhere to the deadlines mentioned in the ANVR Travel Conditions (see General ANVR Travel Conditions).
