Essential, preferences and changes

Preferences

If a request is not essential, it is called a preference. We will do our utmost to accommodate your wish, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. There are no additional costs for preferences.

Essentials

Any special request that you want fulfilled in your booking and that is essential for you is called an essetial. We ensure that your wish is realized; a fee of €27 applies for this service.

For processing minor changes to a booking, we charge €27 (per travel component). The fee is €60 for a major change (more than one travel component). In addition, any costs charged by external parties (such as transport providers or accommodations) will be passed on.
