Costs Cancellation
Cancellation by traveller (cancellation)
If you are forced to cancel your cycling or walking holiday, we will charge you for the costs associated with the cancellation.
If the agreement is terminated by the traveler, the tour operator will charge, in addition to any applicable reservation fees, the following cancellation fees:
- For cancellation up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before departure: the deposit;
- For cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the 21st calendar day (exclusive) before departure: 40% of the total trip price;
- For cancellation from the 21st calendar day (inclusive) up to the 14th calendar day (exclusive) before departure: 50% of the total trip price;
- For cancellation from the 14th calendar day (inclusive) up to the 5th calendar day (exclusive) before departure: 75% of the total trip price;
- For cancellation from the 5th calendar day (inclusive) up to the departure day: 90% of the total trip price;
- For cancellation on the departure day or later: 100% of the total trip price.
In addition, cancellation costs for flights are charged in full, and in some cases also for train travel. In Belgium, the right of withdrawal also applies.
In the event of cancellation by the customer or by the tour operator, the SGR contribution (Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden) remains payable.
